Also this week it looks like the stage is set for a huge battle in the annual Civil War football game between the ducks and the Beavers Friday in Corvallis.

If you are thinking of selling your home in the near furture, don't rule out putting your home on the market over the Holidays or right at the first of the year.  The inventory of homes on the market for sale should take a dip during this time period.  At a time when the inventory of homes for sale has been high, this temporary decline in the number of homes for sale could help your chances of selling in a shorter time period and for a higher dollar value.
