Good Monday Morning! First time home buyers continue to make up the majority of home sales in the Eugene and Springfield area. Affordable homes in the price ranges below $200,000 are continuing to be the most desireable homes on the market. This is also where we are seeing the lowest inventory numbers at this time. Also many homes in this price range are distressed properties, which means they are either bank foreclosures or short sales.
